Menus missing from Selection Settings dialog

We have one iMac in our office that is not showing the last two menus in the Door Selection Settings dialog. Is this a feature not correctly set or a bug?

All the other iMacs in our office show the "Marker Settings" and "Tags and Categories" menus. All are ArchiCAD 19 and the file is a PLN.

It is a Work Environment setting. Go to Work Environment > Tool Schemes > Tool Settings Dialog Boxes, select the Door Tool, and change the visibility of the missing panels. You can also export and import Work Environments if you want all computers to be using the same one.

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.

Thanks David!

Turns out we have a great support plan here and Graphisoft responded to a support email I sent with a long and helpful phone call. You'll be pleased to know that your solution was much more to the point than the one we worked through in a screen sharing session; namely, deleting a number of plist files to have ArchiCAD recreate them. I was told some of them may be corrupt but the simple setting you've pointed out seems more likely to have been the problem!

I've added a signature. Thanks for that tip as well!
