Purchased a single user license and can't access license as I'm not any company account

I have just purchased a single Archicad License [I am a sole trader] however after downloading Archicad 29 it says I am not a member of a company account, it's only me! Not really sure what I can do as I have no way of updating who can access the license, any help would be much apprciated, I am pulling my hair out!
