Recommendations for a new mouse (that works)

HELP. Just got a new Logitech mx610 or something like that. It obviously doesnt like archicad. Must be too smart for it. The scroll feature goes horribly wrong.
What high quality mice (maybe wireless / laser) are you guys out there using that actually work with archicad.

Any wheel mouse that does not sport the side to side pivot on the wheel - wheels that roll forward and back only - should do the trick. Haven't chcked the Mighty Mouse complaint thread recently, but have now sworn off mice that are too feature laden.

i know exactly what u mean, i use a logitech laser mouse as well. the problem i find is the, setpoint software logitech use. goto task manager, and end the process setpoint.exe. this works for me... haven't find a better way to fix it yet.
You might try holding down the CTRL key while scrolling, if it's the zoom function that's going haywire.

I use a really simple wired, Logitech optical wheel mouse, about $30 USD.

Has anyone tried the Razon Pro|Click V1.6? If so I would be interested in your experiences.

The fancy-pants Logitech mice will play nice in archicad so long as you set the setpoint software right. You need to set the wheel button to 'middle click' or 'button 3' or something like that, and the wheel scroll needs to be set to something about 'cruiser' or something.
I myself use a boring old wired Intellimouse, so i haven't seen it first-hand, but i know people who have it working fine
