Looking at the Windows resource monitor it says that Archicad is doing an IP loopback on port 22350 and it's listening on ports 60200, 65050, and 65110.

The other High Ports i don't know about for sure. I assume the are related to AC exchangeing files via UDP with the Teamworkserver.
