It does occur sometimes, it is called a Cut-error in the international version. There is something which cannot be represented correctly and gives the cut-error. Since it happened in the section, we will look for the problem like this: Set your horizontal range of your section to zero depth. Make the length of the section about 5 meters and then generate the section. Move the section on the floorplan and find out when the problem occurs.
You can also make a copy of your plan and delete for instance all walls and then check if the problems occurs. If not, do the same with slabs and so on.
If the poblem is gone, undo the delete and delete only a portion. This way you can try to isolate the problem.
I am sure if you find the elements that cause a problem, the rest of the file will be error free. Since the error occurs about 35 times, it might be an element that has been copied 35 times.
