WIBU-KEY AC11-not responding

When i lounch AC11 message is: WIBU-Key not responding; error 1050505.

AC10 works.

Reinstalled twice complete from scratch and no result.

It is Saturday and my reseler business is close.

ANY IDEA GUYS?

verify the status of your key online at update.graphiosft.com

The website will read your key and should report back to you that it is an 11 key or a key that is updateable.

If it is still Ac10 keyplug try to activate it by "Upgrade/Load selected keyplug" button.

I suspect so, yes. Verify with your reseller and request that they either give you a PIN number to upgrade or update the Graphisoft Upgrade database to let you upgrade.

Thanks for replies; my reseller called me back and I vill have to wait till Monday for my WIBU-KEY serial number was send to Graphisoft on Friday after local time business hours.

Any way, that gave me unplanned pleasure time in watching French Open.
