it's a huge and horrible bug!
i recall reporting it back in AC9 beta: i think it actually got fixed for a couple of builds, but then went right back to how it was again.

it's a huge and horrible bug! editing is also affected in a similar way: if you select a range of windows in your 3D window, zoom in to get a more detailed view, and then try moving them vertically in the wall:only the windows that were in the last view get moved, not the entire selection!

unfortunately, i reported it again quite recently but seems to have been classed as 'not applicable'.![]()
