What happens after the error? Does Plotmaker have the file open? Does it crash?

Is the error message actually causing a problem, then? Or is it just annoying that it pops up? Can you open sheets, plot, etc?

It plot perfect, I can open different sheets but the .plt are not shown and the pop up is annoying. Looks that you know what happened!

Working around we decide to split the LBK. One for architecture, and one for every consultant. We used to import the consultants plans as .plt in the LBK. Is there a maximum size for those plt to work fine with PlotMaker?

Thanks anyway, I hope someone could find what cause this error.
