save as pdf crash when publishing

When it tries to save it "fails" in the status window. If I double click on it, the error says "incorrect definition of a path or drive or insufficient access rights.

Try resetting the publishing properties to a file path that you do have full access to (ie somewhere on your local drive) to see if that works.
