saving my project as an archive file

I am trying to save my project as an archive file and I get a message that says
"Warning: cannot save plan".

Does anybody out there know why this may be happening?

I am using the student version of Archi12

I think this is a file system problem.
Maybe you do not have enough space where you want to save it or there is some file writing permission issue.
Try to check these things or try to save it to another location and see if that helps.
