zoom problem: it zooms another point

Zoom Problem: I have to click “to previous zoom” when going from one floor to another. Because it zooms another point in other plans. For example; a column is zoomed in ground floor, when I go to first floor, it zooms another place and I click “to previous zoom”, wait and see same column after these steps.
Is there anyone know how to solve this problem?

Are you going from storey to storey using saved views in Navigator? Or just going up a storey / down a storey?

If using saved views, it will go to the viewpoint saved in that view.

If you are going up and down with the Up a storey / down a storey command (CMD-Up Arrow or Down Arrow) then the viewpoint should remain the same.
