I teach Architecture using ArchiCAD.
Over the summer our labs switched from AC24 to 27. None of the projects we did last year will load the doors/windows.
I think this is because the 24 we used was USA and the new is INT.
Is there a way to migrate the 24 USA libraries in?
Or is something else the issue.

That is the reason.
Best option is to reinstall using the USA version.

That would be ideal. However GS didn't issue the USA for 27 and its already installed on over 80 computers.

Download the 27 USA version from the Graphisoft website.
You will need to install it (even though you may not be able to run it) and then you can copy out the library and distribute that to all of your machines.
Load the USA library instead of the INT one.
I would not try loading both together.

That does not make sense since you can download any version and install without issues. If GS doesn't let you then probably you either used the wring language one in 24 or you are using the wrong one now.
Even though @Barry Kelly suggestion is correct, as someone who has been teaching AC for the last 20+ years it is better if start new users with the correct version instead of a different localized one. Reinstalling the 80 licenses should not be an issue for the tech department. 😏
