Archicad surface catalog 27

I am trying to resolve a messy library and would like to use/access the surface catalog 27 with AC 27.  I have a fully updated version 27 with updated library but the surface catalog that displays is the 26 version under the 27 library folder.  Am I missing something here or have I corrupted my libraries by too many migrations from previous version?
