If you are using ArchiCAD MEP, have a look for them in the MEP Library. The installer sucks them out of the regular library and puts them in the MEP Library.

when MEP is loaded, various parts are filtered into different tools. The behavior is very confusing to users indeed.

Then, if you have to use a non-MEP enabled dongle, you can't see them or use them at all.what if you relocate the mep addon out of the addon folder before starting ac ??... a pain indeed

I always have a folder called "Add-ons Disabled"Great Idea Karl !! and thx a lot for the explanation.
