Cabinet Base Equipment in AC12 MEP Library

The base cabinets in the MEP equipment library (objects in MEP library) do not have the "Listing and Labeling" tab that the standard cabinet objects have. Is there a way to add this feature to the settings dialogue box?

Which panel appears in Settings Dialogs is controlled in the Tool Settings Dialog Boxes page of the Work Environment Dialog.
They are stored for each WE Profile separately so they may be ON in the Standard Profile but set to OFF in the MEP Profile.
