I'm not seeing it in my library, and it's not in the AC11 Library Preview PDF. There is an Elevation Marker NCS 11, but it's not associated with the IE Tool. (sorry, no help)

I have the latest library and I have the Elevation Marker_NCS 11 in the Elevation tool not IE. Remember that GS decided that we need 3 tools in AC11 instead of 1 Elevation/Section/IE tool in AC10 and earlier, so that might be the difference.

They are all of different subtypes, so they will appear only under one tool, like doors do not show up as options with the window tool.
