Connect object to sensor

Is it possible to connect a gdl object to live data from a sensor? How?

No not directly and not live that I know of.

I guess it could be done if your sensor can output data to a text file and then the object could read that text file (every time you rebuild and regenerate or open the object settings).
It would not be live and the object could never read the file while the sensor was writing to it.
So that is probably not a good solution.

Maybe with an add-on it could be automated a bit more but I think data would still have to go via an external file.

You have my interest.
What could you possibly want to do this for?

Barry.
