Custom Door Leaf/Panel not showing in Door Settings

Hi,

working in v17 & a custom door panel which i made with the slab tool isn't showing up in the pop-up menu within the Custom Panel leaf type.

I followed the instructions in the menu, & made sure that the library is loaded (no choice, seeing as i can only save it in the Embedded Library of the file). still, nothing shows up in the "Custom Panel Name" option.

i'm guessing this is very similar to this earlier query:

I've recently installed the latest v17 Hotfix, but still didn't fix the issue.

update. i found the problem & solution.

Problem: loaded library clashes.

Solution: we have a folder for storing objects we made from previous projects. had to delete a few things in there. one red flag was an old library called "BruciCAD Library Parts" which had some good site objects (grated drains, water tanks etc.). for some odd reason it doesn't seem to load properly with version 16 & higher (i'm working on 17). another red flag was a folder for "Custom Door Panels" with a couple of objects made in 2010 with an older version of AC (i'm guessing v12 or v14?).

had to double check if it was the BruciCAD library folder or the old custom door panel objects & it was the old custom door panel objects that caused the clash.

all is well now. i'm able to select the Batten Door 1 custom door leaf in my v17 file & it shows properly in 3D/elevation.
