Custom Window Problem

When I make a custom window this happens.

The glass panels are partially missing and this repeats from custom window to custom window.

There isn't any objects intersecting with the window on hidden layers so I'm at a complete loss.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thats wear for me, that has never happen to me, try re-doing the window in another place and use it again to see what happen.

I looked closer and found the intersection problem. It was two walls that were causing the intersection issue but the walls were located elsewhere. Moved them and now it works.
