Finding missing macro

I separated this object from a lcf file but i haven't obviously brought across the macro (I'm guessing macro is another object which together with other macros makes up the object) so how can i find the exact obj or file name of the macro missing

Yes, a macro is another object that is CALLed into the main object.

The one you are looking for is called "cabinet" and should be in the same LCF as the original.

When extracting objects from a library to be used independantly, it is sometimes a good idea to start a fresh file, place the object in the floor plan, then embed the library keeping only used objects. This will save any objects that you have placed together with their required macros into your embedded library. These can then be exported to an external folder.
