I recommend that you, and others, contact David Nicholson-Cole directly via:

as he can sell you a current PDF version. It's really nice to have the book in print, but the PDF version is really nice in its own way because (1) it is full color and (2) you can use Adobe Reader's 'find' feature to locate things more quickly.

Karl,
When you say "current PDF version", is this Cookbook III, Cookbook IV,
or possibly something in between ?
