I have a problem with my objects' library. When I add them to my 3d view (perspective view) they failed to view their original texture OR material and all of layers get one color in which selected in object default setting/model/override surface and I have checked object default setting/custom setting but it seems useless. It is frustrating thing and so far these happen either for Archicad library and embedded library and in AC 20 AND 18 but did not check in AC22 as well as.

Have you loaded the basic AC library? What do you mean by "layers get one colour"?

Turn that 'object default setting/model/override surface' button off and you will be using the surfaces as set in the object parameter settings.
If that still does not do what you want then I would say you have a Renovation Filter or possibly a Graphic Override active that is overriding the surfaces.
