It is not clear whether the shape you posted is an elevation or section of the object, but the PRISM command should work.

If you post some screen shots of where you are at with the code and 3D object, along with the issues you are having, some one may be able to help. Also check the PRISM command in the GDL Reference Guide, it has an illustrated example.
