Masoud,
Please add your version of archicad and OS to your profile.

Create a folder for your non-graphisoft libraries and library parts outside of your archicad installation. Put your downloaded library part in here.

Open your project. Open your Library Manager by going to
File> Libraries and objects> Library manager.

On the left side select the Local/LAN tab find your new library folder. Select that folder and click on the ADD button. This will load that folder and everything in it. After you've worked in the project and done a save, this library folder will then load automatically with the project in the future.

Also, the general best practice recommendation is to have three libraries. These are:

1 The unaltered graphisoft library

2 An office library for objects you have created or altered and expect to use again on many projects

3 A project library for object specific to a single project only.

There may be other causes for not being able to find the lib part.
If the part is a window, or a door, it will not show up
in the object tool directory.
If the library part has been saved in a later AC version than the
one being used the part will not appear in any AC directory.
To test this, in the hard drive directory, double click on the file's
icon, this will launch AC and if the file has been saved in a later version
you will get an error message saying "Unknown version number".

…and since the question is extremely generic now we have to guess to a possible solution to an imagined problem.

"hello I did something wrong in AC and it doesn't do what I want can anyone tell me what is wrong??"

Is Masoud sure that;

1. He downloaded the file
2. He knows were he downloaded it to.
3. Unziped the file
4. Or opened the DMG
5. Does he has Admin rights for his computer
6. Has he told AC were the file is located after unzipping or is he waiting for AC and us to guess were is the file?
7. Is he using a AC11 object in AC6.5
8. As Peter wrote, is it a door, a window, a label?
9. Is it a GSM file and not a 3DS, or DWG, or JPEG
10. What instructions were followed???????

Therefore Read the Manual I even searched the page numbers so you don't have to…
