How to delete custom door leaf objects

We have a few "custom door leaf" objects in our template. Some of them are redundant and I was hoping to remove them but can't find a way.

Does anyone know how this can be done. They do not show up in the library manager.

Thanks Kristian, they are located in the location as you said. Never imagined that would be the case and didn't think to extract the container to check... seems so obvious now 😕


rocorona; I did try your method. It does find the custom doors but you cannot delete them from that dialog box. It does however give you the exact path where they are located, so both methods would have done the job for me.
