Invalid 3d and 2d symbol: Windows

Hi everyone,

I have downloaded Velfac window GSM models and added them as objects to my Archicad library.

However, after opening the objects, the 3D and 2D symbols seem to be invalid, and I can't use them in my project.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this issue and how it can be resolved? Could it be that the windows work only in a different version of Archicad?

Perhaps I have the same problem?

I have opened a studio model in AC28P, and have lost my doors and windows.
