I have a need to draw a tower that will be used repeatedly though some of the info inside will change, like: height and width of various parts as well as text and claddings. is there somewhere i can find info on how to write the script for this in particular?

AFAIK, the only net-viewable aspects are his experiment with Flash tutorials - which are free to view and linked from that page:
http://www.gdlcookbook.com

The PDF of the complete book is not available for download, but I thought I heard he might be selling copies of it.

Cheers,

ah. only bits of it though - and he did it about 3 years ago anyway! he's just starting to put it in a new site by the looks.

there's nothing like actually holding a book in your hand whilst working from though . . . constantly swapping between archiCAD and the online cookbook would drive me nuts! it's just a way for someone to get a grasp of some of the basic steps before they receive the book . . .

No, not like you gave away a secret. I mean that David seems to have published his book on the net.
Where is this?

I went to the link that was posted, and it's just one of those aggregator kinds of sites that have a zillion listings for things like "book" and "cookbook", but nothing to do with the _GDL Cookbook_ per se.

It would be really nice to find this online since my copy is buried in storage, and of course, it would be really useful right about now.
