I came across a description of a Library Management tool this morning on the bim(x) blog. http://bimx.blogspot.com/

Its called Content Highway http://www.digitalbuildingsolutions.com/content_highway_about.html

The Tool in question is built for Revit, but its interface had some things that would be useful in ArchiCAD
