Migration Libraries - version specific?

Are the migration libraries that come bundled with say AC14 only compatible with AC14 or can they be used with AC13 too?

Ie: Are they version specific?

Case in point - i'm uploading libraries to the bim server but need to know if I must load two different versions of the AC12 migration library, one for those projects on AC13 and one for those running AC14?
(no need to point out the bim server/client build compatibility issue implicit here.)

Migration libraries are not version specific, but they are not 100% identical either, as some bug fixes might have been applied to newer releases.

So, I would recommend to use the ones shipped with ArchiCAD 14 for all projects.

That means only one set of migration libraries to load up (the V14 set) for use by AC13 and AC14 projects.
Re the Bim server - we are using the bim server libraries as our central standard libraries for both teamwork and solo files. So the server is still V13 (and so also all the TW2 projects) but a few solo projects are in V14 (which we like - more stable). The bim server libraries are still accessible to V14 solo files which is good.
At some time soon we will have to upgrade the server to V14 but are holding off to minimize disruption to V13 TW2 projects that are at time critical stages.
