Model View Options UX missing

Hi everyone,

I am having an issue on an Archicad 28 teamwork project where components in the Model View Options user interface aren't showing up. CI Tools Doors and Windows aren't showing up correctly in plan (only the door swing or window line shows, no frame/architrave/leaves/etc). On other Teamwork projects in our office, this was fixed through switching the settings to 'New' in Model View Options. When we try to do that in this project, this section is missing from the interface:

This file was migrated from A27 to A28 and into a new template. However, we have another file in our office that also went through this process, and hasn't had any issues. For comparison, here is the same MVO in the other migrated file:

I've also tried exporting and importing the MVO from the correctly-displaying file into the other one with no luck.

Has anyone had this issue before? Any advice would be appreciated!

I assume you have checked that both files are using the same CI objects? And given the legacy toggle, the same libpacks? Though given this is TW, are both of these projects on the same TW server pulling the same libraries?
