My ci tools coverings are unresponsive

Im working on a project where I have to put coverings on my walls and choose a specific material for my roof but my CI toold coverings are unresponsive whenever I click on it, no box that comes out for options. Has anybody else had this problem? Also as default my roof appears to be checkered black and purple even if I try to put different materials from my CI tools library.

The chequered black and purple means you do not have the texture images used in the surfaces in your loaded libraries.

As for issues with the CI tools, you might want to contact Central Innovation, they have a pretty good support system.
