National support library is missing or incorrect version

I've been running version 7 of ArchiCad infrequently and never updated the library. I tried updating to r3 and ended up with the error in the subject line. Can anyone help with this issue?

Are you shure you have updated the correct localised version?

I'm not sure to be honest with you. Is there a way to check or to revert to the old version?

If you have installed an update of ArchiCAD you will not be able to return to the last version. If you only have installed a wrong library. Install the actual localised one and assign this to you project.
