could i turn on and off the dimension marker for doors on the plot maker as a display option?

Looks to me you can only do that in AC disply options, and redefine your view.

so if i want to show it in one plan and the other no in the plotmaker i can not. I will have so save 2 archicad files one with the dimension marker on and another withou.. ok what can i do?

Not 2 files, just 2 views in viewsets. Yes, import them both into PM.
