SE Library and Error in Section Generation

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi,
I instaled the new SE Library, now when trying to generate any section or elevation I get the error Ploygon is degenarated @ line 277 of file wa_frame_us_10.gsm.
Can anyone guid me on what object it maybe so I do not use it for now?
When I load the ArchiCAD Library 9.pla everything is fine.
Thanks,
Joseph

Since the SE library is incompatible with ArchiCAD Library 9, you may have some settings left over that are setting defaults that the new objects can't handle.
Are you having trouble when using the new template?
You might also try putting in an empty window and then deleting it and trying again with one of the SE windows.

If I could find out what object is the problem then I could replace it with a SE Library object. Is there a way buy knowiny the error what object is the problem object?
Thanks,
Joseph

I'm having the same problem. Project was started from scratch with the new SE library. Any fixes?

more often than not, a Polygon Degenerated error means that some parameter, somewhere in the object is set to 0.... finding it is not always so easy!

I've seemed to have solved the SE Library error. It has to do with the Walltype parameter in the doors and windows. When I switched it from "Stud Wall with Siding" to "Stud Wall" the error went away. Maybe it has to do with using/not using composite walls? Or just a bug...

We saw this same error with a wood window object when we set the ganging above checkbox on, but with 0" spacing to the window above.
