Side Light HV grid not showing

Hi team,

I would like to ask why the door isn't showing the HV grid side light division.
In the image, you can see that I have set it to H:4, V:2; but in my model its still showing one single panel.

Any guru can give me pointer to trouble shoot this issue?

Is your model view option setting set to show a simplified representation of the door in 3D or the door parameters themselves set to a simplified representation instead of full detail?

Hi, it looks like the glass is the same material as the glazing bars or grid.
