Sliding Folding Doors

Does anyone know how I can create a library part to look like the attached image? We are using sliding folding doors that either stack to one side or both sides. The closest object in AC12 is the Bi-Fold object, however we need the option to set the number of panes and on which side they stack etc. Can anyone help?

OK, for two days now I have been trying to upload the latest version of the folding sliding door, but constantly receive the following error message. Anyone got any idea's what this may be about?

Type: application/octet-stream
Invalid file content! The file extension and content doesn't match!
(Folding_sliding_door.zip)

The zip file is a zip file, so content and extension should match, the zip contains 7 GDL objects and has a size of 36Kb. I have tried creating the zip from three differnt products - two versions of WinZip and from WinWAR and all return the same error.
T'is crazy or is it me?

is this door capable of representation as shows in the beginning of this post ?
a sliding door with different representation of the AC ?
