Threshold / Sill - Why is this option not available on all Door Objects?

There are multiple doors in the library that do not contain the option to add a threshold or sill. This includes the D1 Sliding Multipanel, and D1 Pocket (both US and INT). This leads to inconsistent modeling, scheduling and execution. Both of these doors are able to have a sill, despite having a possible bottom track. This post also shows the same problem, but was meet with no solution: https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/Libraries-objects/Storefront-Doors-and-Thresholds-Sills/m-p/3413...

Is there a way to edit the doors to include a threshold and sill option?

Operating system used: Windows 11 24H2

Since all Doors are scripted in Archicad's GDL (Geometric Description Language) they can be modified if you:

1. know GDL well

2. are willing to dive deep into the scripts of Doors library parts and macros.

Doors and Windows have some of the most complex GDL scripts so you should have at least intermediate GDL skills.

You could probably look at the scripts of Doors that have threshold/sill to see how it was achieved and it can help you do the same in other Doors as well.

Thank you for your tip Laszlo, I have dove into GDL script for the Door Macros, and while I have found that lines that disable the threshold, I have yet to find the right combination of script and parameters in order to show up. Will keep trying.
