Title Types Any better in 11?

Have title types improved in AC11? In 10, I couldn't seem to make a title type that would have a parametric scale, graphic scale, and north arrow combined into one Title Type.

I imagine it was possible, but I'm no GDL guru, and the basic title types supplied with 10 sort of sucked.

Can anyone tell me if there have been any improvedments in 11?

It's possible if you do it through GDL, just like it was in AC10, but there's still no ability to make them parametric without GDL 😞

This one is available in AC11 USA - NCS Title, has graphic and text scaling, good options for pens, fonts, etc. Graphic scale is accessed under 'Additional Options' parameter.

I did this one some time ago for AC 10 for Orcutt Winslow (OW OK with sharing). It has the scale and North arrow. I have been using it for quite a while.

Known issue: I recently I discovered I can't move the whole title around (so I give weird shapes to the drawing outline for the title to be where I want it to be) and I haven't checked if that is my problem (I messed up that hotspot) or that is the way all titles work now.
