Wall accessories (Accessories Library) question

Am applying interior trim elements to an exterior wall. The wall extends from -48" (below project zero) to 10' height. The wall accessories tool reads the wall and applies the base at -48" and measures up from that point for wainscoting. Any way to set the tool to read from zero rather than -48"?
I can see two way to do it...one is split the wall so one wall is below project zero, the other part of it starts at project zero. Don't want to do that.
The other is use the "bottom polygon" function in the tool, but don't know what that is or how to use it. Nothing I can find in help menu.

Anybody use this tool and know how to push it around?

Thanks

Tom

can't you select a base molding to use in the position of the chair strip?
Use the Parameters tab where it can be easier to choose the trim piece, a base style trim? and set the Base Molding and Crown molding to '0'

Actually, added the extra dimension below project 0 to the parameter for each trim....worked great. It put the trim at the right height.

Thanks.
