Where is a commercial toilet - NO TANK

I can find no commercial Tankless Toilets.  in 40 years I have never used a tank (residential) toilet in a commercial building.

Cannot find a commercial toilet in Archicad.

Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon

As @Eduardo Rolon mentioned, the default WC object offers many interesting options for creating a pretty decent model of a public toilet; you just need to play around with the settings a bit.

You can also view other available objects by typing "wc" into the search box in the Object Selection Settings, where you'll find even more detailed ones.

Ah. US library shananigans... What fun. What were the US tankless toilets like?

I am not sure what was in the US library in older versions, but it should be the same as what is there now.

There doesn't appear to be a USA plumbing library pack in 29.

These are all of the floor mounted bowls that I see in 29 - with the cistern turned off.

Then there are also wall mounted bowls.
