I wish to have option to insert window/door in specified (side or center) distance from the corner of the wall. I see it like that:
I select window/door tool -> select center or side anchor point -> select direct or distance insertion style -> pick wall on near corner or near corner (if this is near window/door then window/door active point -with possibility to select which one - is used as reference point) input distance -> ENTER .
Voila.

I it "almost" like what I want. I was playing around with that tool, but it is not comfortable in use, and it takes distance from start point of the wall not the current corner/point so when I want to insert window/door on other side it is useless. There is also no shortcut (or I don't know it) also.
