Windows and doors not fully appearing in AC13 plan views

Hello,

We have just upgraded our office from ArchiCAD 10 to 13 and are having a major display bug with all of our door and window frames and panels not showing up in plan view.

Our doors and windows are from version 9.

Here is a screenshot of a door in version 10:


And here's the exact same door in version 13; the frames are missing!:


Any solution to this problem would be greatly appreciated as it's become a huge problem for us, these doors are in use in well over 100 projects.

Check your 2D detail level setting.

Thank you! Our default 2D Detail Level setting was set to "Scale Sensitive" in AC10, but changing it to "Detailed" in AC13 makes them work perfectly.
