duplicate library parts

Now what have I done??
When working to customise a library part from this string;
http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=4196
I unpacked the library to be able to work on the script of a macro. Got the script to work which is great so now all door and window opening lines point correctly. However, my library now sees alot of duplicate parts.

Everything works fine but I feel the need to keep things tidy. Any recomendations or should i just leave alone?

It looks like you have your entire Archicad installation folder loaded as a libarary.
