gdl palm tree

I'm looking for some good looking palm trees. The one that is supplied in the library, as far as I can tell, is not able to be adjusted heightwise. I can change the trunk height but that seems it. There must be something better out there that is free.

I've found alot of trees on google 3d warehouse. When I download them I get a zipped folder. When I unzip I get a texture file and a google file that is labeled KML. I haven't the foggiest idea what to do with that in order to see the tree file.

Is there anyone out there that can explain this to me?????

you need to download the sketch up importer add-on for AC. Then you will be able to download sketchup files from the 3d warehouse & import them. However they will come in all triangulated.
