how to create a custom curtain wall frame profile

Can someone tell me how to create a new curtain wall frame?

When you selected the Curtain Wall and went to 3D to edit it:
Select the Frame Tool in the Tool Box and click twice on two Frames: the new Frame will be created between the two clicked points. But it is important to find the axis of the Frames (the change in cursor shape will tell you if you found one).
This means that you cannot just click anywhere in the Curtain Wall geometry to create a new Frame. It must be from Frame axis to Frame axis.

Sorry I was not very clear
I want to know how I can create a new type of frame. A profile that is different from the ones provided in the standard library.

And the same question for the junctions and accesories

OK, I got it. Here is what to do:
Right-click the toolbar below the menu bat and bring up the Edit GDL Library Parts toolbar.
There use the Open Object by Subtype command.
In the appearing Subtype Hierarchy Dialog, select the Frame subtype you want to modify and Open it for editing.
Save a copy of it under a new name.
Edit it to you liking.

As you can see in the attached image, there are several Frame subtypes so you will need to check each to see which one you should start working with.

Zucoc,
I just noticed that you in the "Modular Frame 12" Curtain Wall Frame, the Frame and the Cap can be Custom.
This means you can draw them as Slabs in the Floor Plan for example and use the File\Libraries and Objects\Save as Custom Component command to save them and use them in your Curtain Wall Frame.
That may be the easiest solution if it fits your needs.
