lift shaft new prob

for some strange reason, i create an elevator using elevator 2 from archicad v8 lib. It consists of 5 openings, but when i edit the height of each floor (each segmant per floor) in the Story and Opening Type settings, i get the following results

L0 = 3600 correct
L1 = 3500 wrong
L2 = 3000 wrong
L3 = 3000 wrong
L4 = 3600 correct

whats going on.. my doors now dont match the slab levels and looks silly
