I hope this is not the same as last year!
Operating system used: Windows 28

No issues on the hardware keys here... it updated on its own. Check if you have the auto update function switched on in 27?
The hardware keys are binary: if they are plugged in, it works. If they are not, it does not.
The software keys are great for people who like uncertainty. I don't.

That's a minimum that must have been settled before yesterday. I am not sure you know what you do at Graphisoft.

No license found for Archicad 28 here as well. This may be a long shot, but is that because of my current license for Archicad 28 Tech Preview?

Hi Oleksandra,
I have a software key and it is still not showing to be activated for AC28. Can you give a progress update on solving this issue please.
Thank you.

The team is currently working on rolling out the upgrade for the users who haven't received it yet. The license updates for the USA localization should be finished today.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

This technical issue has arisen every year. Why not anticipate it?

Possible solution. This worked for me. I opened AC27 and selected License Information under the Help Menu. There is a small box near the bottom called "Check License Updates". (See attached). I clicked this and it indicated there was an update available. I then followed the prompts and it worked.
Hopefully this helps some situations.
