Cloud Licenses and Graphisoft ID Inaccessible

Anyone else having issues accessing Archicad this afternoon? All of our users have been locked out with unavailable licenses and it seems Graphisoft ID and License Manager websites are down, I suspect the two are linked. Interested to understand how widespread an issue this is.

It happens occasionally and is unbelievably disruptive. I think Graphisoft need to find a way of licenses checking less frequently or knowing the system is down so it won't lock Archicad out straightaway and give time for the systems to be brought back online.

Hi @Lingwisyer,

This news doesn't change anything around the license management. It is just an automation on our side, that requires AC29.1.0 or newer version to be installed. When such a cloud license related outage occurs, you wouldn't notice anything. 😉

i cant access it too i have told my friends all about how awesome ArchiCAD is

 i have a license and it keeps giving me this. What am i doing wrong?

What are you intending to show with that screenshot? There is no error there. I just says that you have 1 licence and that it is assigned to someone, who I assume is yourself. Is it more that you are signed into AC and it is no seeing the licence you have been assigned? Have you tried using the Licence Manager Tool to access the licence instead of relying on the cloud auto reservation?
