Connect Graphisoft ID with license - Garphisoft ID mit Lizenz Verbinden

Hello everyone

I have an educational version of Archicad 27, but unfortunately I am not able to connect this license to my Graphisoft ID. I cannot select Connect Graphisoft ID License in the Archicad License Information under License Management Options.

What could be the reason?
