Error Message "Key on computer could not be created."

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to download my license onto my computer and get an error message stating, "Key on computer could not be created."

Does anyone know how I can get my key to download?

I have already tried disabling my firewall, but that has not helped.

Software, cloud, educational, trial?

It's a professional cloud license.

I am not very familiar with cloud licenses except when I used one when testing 27 about a year ago.

Has the cloud license been assigned to your graphisoft ID?

At the very end of that article is a link to 'floating licenses' which will be available from 10/07/2024.

I believe these are not tied to a particular Graphisoft ID.

If none of that helps, then you will should probably contact your local Archicad support.
